Job Description: As an awake night DSP, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to individuals with disabilities during the overnight hours. Your duties will include ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, assisting with nightly tasks, and promoting independence and self-advocacy. Our ideal candidate is a night owl at heart, able to work independently and make quick decisions when needed. Experience in the field of disabilities is a plus, but we also welcome those with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities Assist with living tasks, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs during the night Document all client interactions and any significant events Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients   Full Time: Seven on seven off working Wednesday to Wednesday 9:00 pm – 9:00 am Pay: $19.00 - $21 Qualifications: Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
