Rosina Food Products is hiring Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics across all shifts at our West Seneca facility. Pay & Benefits: • $28.00-$41.50/hr based on experience • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Paid time off – vacation + sick time • $1,000 employee referral bonus • Leadership development and technical training opportunities What You’ll Do: • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems • Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts • Follow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standards • Keep records of work completed and issues identified • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals What You Bring: • 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience • Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication • Ability to read schematics and manuals • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs • Basic computer and troubleshooting skills Work Schedule & Environment: • Full-time, multiple shifts available (please indicate your availability) • May include weekends and holidays (5-day work week) • Work is performed in a fast-paced food production setting with hot, cold, and humid conditions Apply today and bring your skills to a company that feels like family! #INDHP
