Schedule: Full-time, Days/evenings Requirements • Demonstrates the ability to work in a kitchen where large quantities of food are prepared. • Exhibits a caring and patient behavior towards residents. • Monitors inventory control and supplies • Demonstrate accurate record keeping • Demonstrates the ability to use kitchen equipment. • Demonstrates the ability to use general cleaning equipment and materials. • Posses the ability to function as a team member. • Prepares and portions food items as designated EDUCATION • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to read, write and understand English language • Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide • Must have knowledge of basic computer skills. EXPERIENCE • Minimum of three years working in the food service industry. • Restaurant experience preferred.
