Holley Child Care and Development Center is a 24-hour long-term intensive treatment residential facility for high-risk and behavioral-challenged children ages 8 -15. Duties include but are not limited to: • Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities • Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber • Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans • Maintain a clean, safe environment • Observing, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviors • Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred. Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency. 1 year or more with a high school diploma working with youth in a behavioral group setting. Must have a valid driver's license. Schedule: Sun-Thursday 11-7a or Tuesday-Saturday 7a-3p Holley Center is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
