This position is a key point of contact for patients and provides patients and guests with a positive customer service experience from start to finish during their visit. • Full Time/Benefits Eligible • Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm • Reynoldsburg, OH Duties/Responsibilities: • Checking patients in and out • Verifying patient demographics and insurance • Collecting Co-pays • Scanning/Indexing • Answering phones and directing to the proper office • Scheduling of patients • Documenting in Electronic Medical Records • Opening and closing the office • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent • Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred • Must have proficient computer skills.
