Job Description Summary ‎ We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health Team in Lee County. This role provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Performs selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. Is responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation. What We're Looking For • Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida. • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. • Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care. • Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
