Position Summary Our service department is looking for an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, solid diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine proper repair procedures • Perform repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards • Complete maintenance services including inspections and preventative maintenance • Repair engine, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems • Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair information effectively • Communicate with service advisors and parts personnel • Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns • Road test vehicles as necessary to verify repairs • Maintain accurate repair documentation Requirements • Previous Automotive Technician experience required • B-Level technician skill set preferred • ASE Certifications preferred or actively working toward certification • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver's license required • Professional attitude and strong work ethic Schedule 5-Day Work Week • Five-day work schedule • Two Saturdays per month required • Full-time position Compensation $20.00 - $35.00 Flat Rate Compensation is based on: • Automotive experience • Diagnostic ability • ASE Certifications • Overall skill level and productivity Target Start Date: End of June 2026 Job Type: Full-time Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
