What You'll Do • Greet customers and write accurate repair orders. • Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs. • Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly. • Work closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery. • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. • Build lasting customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • A team-oriented attitude and a desire to succeed. • Automotive knowledge and the ability to explain repairs to customers.
