We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the smallest details, and understands what it takes to make a vehicle look showroom-ready. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 5 years of professional automotive detailing experience. Job Responsibilities • Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing. • Buff, polish, and wax vehicles to restore and maintain paint finishes. • Perform paint correction and remove minor surface imperfections. • Shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and condition leather interiors. • Clean engines, wheels, tires, and vehicle exteriors. • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for retail delivery. • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure dealership quality standards are met. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Properly operate and maintain detailing equipment and supplies. • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years of professional automotive detailing experience REQUIRED. • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. • Must be able to meet dealership vehicle insurance requirements. • Experience with machine buffing, polishing, and paint correction. • Strong knowledge of professional detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship. • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting. • Must maintain consistent quality and productivity.
