You help create an environment where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. What You’ll Do • Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members • Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning) • Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members • Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining • Give tours and help guests choose the right membership • Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes • Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email • Assist with simple daily operations and checklists What We’re Looking For We hire for heart and hustle.
