Job Description Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero, TX has immediate openings for motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our Service Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience while building long-term relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with a background in service or hospitality who enjoy working with people and cars may also be considered. Average Income in this Position: $60,000-80,000 Annually Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am-6PM , rotating Saturdays as needed 8AM-2PM Benefits • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and Mental Health Care • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • 401k with Employer Match • Employee Discounts Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and manage the service intake process • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up • Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools • Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs • Maintain accurate repair order documentation • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs • Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards Qualifications • Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry experience considered • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability • Strong customer service and communication skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy • Competitive, results-driven mindset • Team-oriented and collaborative • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing EOE
