As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a respectful and professional manner. Responsibilities • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Provide companionship and emotional support. • Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. • Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries. • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. • Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors. • Follow all care plans and protocols established by healthcare professionals. Requirements • Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required. • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills. • Ability to pass background check. • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
