In addition, will gain experience in imaging, configuring, and setting up new workstations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Monitor, review, and prioritize help desk requests • Provides a timely one-on-one end-user problem resolution via telephone and e-mail • Escalate complex Help Desk requests to the appropriate IT staff member • Assist in workstation deployments • Reset Password and unlock accounts • Install approved applications Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Net + or A + Certification a plus • Previous ticket/phone support system experience a plus #LI-HH1 #LI-Hybrid The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
