Position Details • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In, Weekends • Pay Rate: $19.65 - $21.00 per hour • Schedules Available: Days, Nights, Weekends Benefits • Competitive weekly pay • 401(k) • Paid time off • Flexible Schedule • Medical/Vision Responsibilities/Duties: • Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene • Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan • Provide medication reminders • Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home) • Accompany clients to appointments or on walks • Prepare meals • Perform light housekeeping • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Qualifications • NY State HHA or PCA certification required • Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients • Strong communication skills • English proficiency • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor • Physical, Quantiferon or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers • Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
