What You'll Do As a Home Care Sales Specialist / Community Liaison, you'll be responsible for building and strengthening referral relationships throughout your territory. Coverage Area/Territory: Lexington, West Columbia, Orangeburg, Aiken & Surrounding Markets Full-Time | Field-Based Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with: • Hospitals • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) • Assisted Living Communities • Rehabilitation Centers • Continuing Care Retirement Communities • Social Workers • Case Managers • Discharge Planners • Healthcare Administrators • Generate referrals and drive market growth through strategic sales activity. • Conduct regular in-person meetings, facility visits, presentations, and educational sessions. • Create and execute territory growth plans that maximize opportunities and market penetration. • Promote Attentive Angels' service offerings, differentiators, and commitment to exceptional client care. • Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral to service delivery. • Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to increase market share. • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and referral development efforts.
