$15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.

Join this fast-paced team of surgical technologists that support various types of surgical cases including surgical oncology, ear nose and throat, robotics, gynecology, urology, colorectal, breast, plastics, oral maxillofacial, pain, pediatric restorative dentistry, and kidney transplants. We are dedicated team with a culture of kindness and a team atmosphere for you to learn and grow within your career at Sanford. Schedule: Rotate through different shifts: 0630-1500, 0900-1730, 1100-1930. Stay late shifts and call shifts will be assigned weekly. Each staff member can expect one call shift per week and a call weekend every month. On-call is typically at the Broadway campus but may be assigned to cover General team call at Sanford Medical Center of Fargo, as needed. Summary Surgical technologists are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Qualifications Position requirements: · A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. · Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins. · National certification preferred, but not required.
