P&C Account Manager NSM Insurance Brokers is the brokerage division of Novacore. The Account Manager will support the specialist insurance team (ASD) primarily focusing on handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of information being processed across the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines. **This is a hybrid opportunity, sitting at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office** Responsibilities: • Market and placement of renewal business. • Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business. • Review and present to clients their preparation of quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities. • Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality control standards and procedures. • Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships. • Maintain current market and product knowledge. Qualifications: • Prior commercial lines account manager experience • 1-3 years Property and Casualty experience • Property and Casualty License, or to be obtained within the first 30 days of hire • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal • Excellent product knowledge and expertise • Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook • Ability to work independently
