What You’ll Be Doing (and crushing it daily): • Operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications—your hands-on expertise will ensure the machines are dialed in perfectly. • Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements, ensuring every part is produced to the highest standards. • Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and meet production goals, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board. • Inspecting parts to verify they meet quality standards and making adjustments as needed. What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years operating CNC machines or working as a machinist in a manufacturing environment. • Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and a range of machine tools. • You work well in a collaborative environment, but you also have the independence to take ownership of your work. • A mindset focused on safety, efficiency, and ensuring the highest-quality results.
