The Sales Data Analyst will support our Tampa sales organization by building AI‑assisted workflows, optimizing data processes, and enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly confident with computers, advanced in Excel, and excited about leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities • AI Workflow Development — Build and refine AI‑powered tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM platforms to improve sales team efficiency. • Advanced Excel Modeling — Create dashboards, reports, and data models using pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques. • Sales Data Support — Clean, organize, and analyze sales data to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking. • Process Optimization — Identify inefficiencies and propose AI‑ or Excel‑based solutions to streamline workflows. • Cross‑Team Collaboration — Partner with sales representatives and managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. • Tool & System Enhancement — Support improvements to CRM data quality, reporting templates, and internal documentation.
