Essential Job Duties • This is an in-office postion in Manhattan where you will partner with hiring managers to manage hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies & ideas for recruitment, identify & attract talent, & select candidates. • Headhunting is a must! We are looking for top tier talent • Source and Outreach: Build active candidate pipelines using cold calls, emails, networking, and job boards. • Evaluate candidates to check their communication skills, drive, and past sales performance. • Ensure a frictionless candidate experience across a maximum of three interviews. Deliver a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience at every stage - from first outreach to through offer acceptance and onboarding. Send prompt acknowledgement and status updates to all candidates at key milestones; no candidate is left without a response. • You will serve as a true talent advisor, bringing market intelligence, sharp candidate assessment and a proven ability to close in a fast-moving, scarce-talent environment • Ensure Workday compliance is met • Maintain current knowledge of necessary and applicable laws, regulations and trends in recruitment. • Help support the college recruitment process by developing & maintaining relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, & employment agency contacts to help identify and source qualified talent. • Attend career fairs. Competencies • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with limited resources • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Can work under pressure • Ability to work on own without a lot of guidance • Creative in the recruiting process Experience • 3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience. • Sales recruiting experience is a must. • Experience with multi-site locations a plus Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred Software Requirements • Very apt on Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.
