Required qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine outputs • Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills • 2–4 years of experience in analytical or operations roles • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Strong foundation in data analysis and statistics • Experience working with structured datasets to perform analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings in business-friendly formats. Preferred • Exposure to competitor benchmarking or competitor insights analysis • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (PowerBI, Power Query, automation tools) • Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience • Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry • Experience developing or following Standard Operating Procedures • Qualtrics or similar survey platform experience • Understanding of market research survey design concepts • Familiarity with data visualization principles and BI storytelling best practices
