Plant Manager | Skokie, IL | NOVO Health Services Tired of leading in someone else's shadow? This is a P&L-owning, full-authority plant leadership role — not a caretaker position. You'll run the facility, build the leadership bench, and see the direct impact of your decisions on performance, people, and the bottom line. NOVO Health Services keeps hospitals running by keeping their linen supply moving. We're an essential part of the healthcare system — and growing fast. That growth means real advancement paths for leaders who can deliver. What makes this different: • Full ownership. You run production, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety, and the P&L — not a slice of it. • A seat at the table. You report directly to the Director of Operations and have real influence over how the plant runs. • Room to grow. We're opening new facilities and expanding — leaders who perform here move up. • Work that matters. Every shift keeps hospitals stocked and patients cared for. You're the right fit if you: • Have led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment (5+ years) • Know how to read a P&L and aren't afraid to own it • Lead from the floor, not just from behind a desk • Have built or rebuilt a team and made it perform • Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered. Ready to run your own plant? Apply now — we'll walk you through the full role, the team, and what success looks like in the first 90 days.
