Job Description: Sales Analyst – Hyderabad Reporting to: Assistant Manager – Sales Analyst Location: Hyderabad, India We are looking for someone who demonstrates: • A passionate drive to innovate and create • Integrity at the core • Enthusiastic customer focus • Consistent and collaborative teamwork • A desire for continuous improvement and high performance What the Sales Analyst will do: • Coordinate the sales proposal process and generate customer quotes. • Provide creative and analytical input to bid strategy. • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM systems. • Support CRM reporting, improvements, and modifications. • Generate sales reports and presentations for a wide range of stakeholders. • Create and maintain sales models while ensuring positive contribution margins. • Work closely with Global Sales and Business Development teams on deal structuring and bid strategy. • Learn and use PVSyst energy production modeling software for solar tracking systems. • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams and provide input on new products. • Work with Customer Care to ensure effective communication and excellent customer satisfaction. • Continuously streamline, standardize, and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and customer presentations. • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering, to support on-time delivery and best-in-class quality. Key Requirements • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams. • Strong financial modeling skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Passion for the solar industry is a plus. Preferred Experience • BE/B.Tech in a technical field; MBA is desirable. • 4-6 years of experience in pre-sales, sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management. • Experience in the solar industry, particularly with a project developer, project owner, EPC, IPP, or similar organization, is preferred.
