What You'll Do • Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts • Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software • Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables • Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted • May occasionally close repair orders • May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing • May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software • Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements What You'll Bring • Strong attention to detail • Communication skills • Cash handling experience • Efficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy • Basic math skills for simple calculations • Comfortable learning new systems • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
