We are looking to develop the next generation of Lithia & Driveway team members who will help us achieve our mission of Growth Powered by People, making Auto Done Easy for years to come. We are looking for data-centric, customer-focused, proactive people who will push our stores to be the best they can be for our customers. The DART program is designed to give broad exposure to various aspects of the store while achieving store performance standards. Program participants will receive hands-on experience, leadership development, and be part of a connected group committed to accelerating their career growth through performance. Participants may enter the stores through the sales or service route.
