What You'll Do • Answer incoming service calls, emails, and text inquiries • Schedule and confirm service appointments • Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and recommended maintenance • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information • Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and service retention efforts • Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction What You'll Bring • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred • Strong communication and phone skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and team-first mentality • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus Total Rewards The (Hourly / Salary) Wage for this position is $16 per hour Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
