Your Responsibilities will be to: • Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts. • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points. • Provide personalized solutions and address any issues promptly. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. • Source new sales opportunities. • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify upsell opportunities. • Assist in preparing quotes and proposals. • Follow up on leads and inquiries. • Enter orders, purchase order entry, and manage inventory. • Process orders accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. • Handle order modifications and adjustments. • General office administration support. • Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details. • Update customer profiles and contact information. Skills needed: To excel in this role, you should have: • Experience: Previous experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and organizational abilities. • Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and find solutions. • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
