As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, ARMHS or ILS worker we want to talk to you. Part time weekend shifts available: Saturday / Sunday 2p-10:30p In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible. Minimum Qualifications: • Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred) • 18 years of age or older • Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients • Valid US driver's license • Basic computer skills Options Residential uses E-Verify Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees.
