Position Overview Joyce is expanding into the Piedmont Triad, and we're looking for an Event Marketing Manager to help build our presence from the ground up. You'll play a key role in establishing our event marketing strategy, developing relationships throughout the community, leading a high-performing team, and driving lead generation in one of our newest markets. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will actively engage homeowners, generate leads, and set appointments while managing event execution. You will also take ownership of venue relationships and proactively identify and secure new events to expand our presence. Compensation This role includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
