Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)   • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. • 5+ years of experience in demand forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, inventory management, materials management, production planning, operations planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), purchasing, procurement, logistics, supplier management, supply chain analytics, business analytics, customer fulfillment, or similar analytical supply chain roles. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex business issues. • Experience leading and influencing teams while collaborating across multiple functions. What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools (Python, SQL, Google Workspace, etc.). • Service-parts, aftermarket, inventory-risk, backorder, or supply-constraint experience. • Maestro, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or similar forecasting/planning platforms • Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire business visualization tools creation / management • Tidal, KNIME, or equivalent Extract Transform Load (ETL) workflow automation tool.
