Your activity-based mileage rate scales from $0.63 to $0.67 CPM (with scheduled +0.01 CPM annual increases). Stack up extra revenue with $29 per stop, $5 load pay, $200 holiday pay, $15/hr breakdown and trailer move/washout pay, plus regular safety bonus opportunities. Orientation pays $200/day. • THE ROUTE & FREIGHT SPECS: Local dedicated reefer dispatches running a 300-mile local radius out of the Denver hub (hauling palletized frozen product from Ft. Morgan, CO to Commerce City, CO drop yards). Physical Unload Details: Hands-on physical delivery—drivers offload palletized product directly into store freezers using electric pallet jacks, dollies, and liftgates (box weights range from 10 to 85 lbs). Drives automatic slip-seat day cabs. • SHIFT & SCHEDULE ROUTINE: Daily Home Resets: Work your daily local run and sleep in your own bed every night! Operates on a Sunday through Thursday workweek with evening dispatch slots starting at 6:00 PM (shifts run 10–12 hours daily). • QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING: Open strictly to drivers holding a minimum of 3 months of Class-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 6 months. Must be physically able to handle heavy unloading (up to 85 lbs).
