Freight, Operations & Equipment • Drivers are domiciled out of the East Granby, CT Yard facility and start/stop their shift locally at the terminal, supporting a regional supermarket distribution network. • Operating within a 250-mile radius covering NJ, CT, MA, VT, RI, and NH (averaging 1,865 miles/week). Hauling fresh and frozen grocery inventory on 46'–53' temperature-controlled reefer trailers (multistop store deliveries averaging 31 stops/week). Driver assists with unloading 1–3 pallets per stop using an automatic or manual pallet jack. Drives modern automatic slip-seat day cabs. 3. Shifts & Home Time Options • Daily Home Time: Get back to your own bed after every single shift!
