PPS is seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for our manufacturing partner! This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented logistics professional who enjoys coordinating freight, managing shipping schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Coordinate domestic and international inbound/outbound shipments. • Schedule and track LTL, truckload, and parcel freight. • Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and export documentation. • Communicate with freight carriers, 3PL providers, customers, and internal teams. • Monitor deliveries, resolve shipping issues, and ensure on-time shipments. • Maintain accurate shipping records and assist with freight billing. • Support shipping efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • 2+ years of shipping, logistics, or supply chain experience. • Experience working with freight carriers and 3PL providers. • Knowledge of BOLs, LTL/TL freight, and international shipping documentation. • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. • ERP/TMS experience and knowledge of Incoterms are a plus.
