A leading legal solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth within its Legal Sales business, including eDiscovery and Managed Review. This opportunity is mostly remote, with travel to Houston, Texas required to develop business in that market. In this role, you will identify and engage high-value prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events, and execute strategic territory plans. You will assess client needs, deliver tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate clear ROI, and build long-term relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and technology leaders. You will lead contract negotiations, manage complex sales cycles, close deals, and identify opportunities for account expansion and recurring revenue, while collaborating with marketing, product, and service delivery teams. The ideal candidate has an established book of business in the Houston market and true eDiscovery and managed review sales experience, with 3+ years in legal services sales. Strong relationships with Houston law firms and vendors, including those tied to the energy industry, are highly valued. Familiarity with Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, and AI tools is expected, along with CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot). Relativity Sales or ACEDS certifications are preferred. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and a commission incentive program, depending on experience and book of business.
