Position Title: Litigation Associate  A prestigious global law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Restructuring practice in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes, including matters involving brand and reputation management. The Litigation Associate will handle sophisticated discovery, conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and contribute to trial preparation and litigation strategy. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, collaborative attorney with 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience, strong legal writing and advocacy skills, and a desire to build a long-term career within a highly respected litigation practice.
