Key Responsibilities: • Food & In-Room Delivery: Ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders to restaurant tables as well as directly to guest rooms. • Room Service Setup & Presentation: Prepare and assemble room service trays and rolling carts, ensuring elegant presentation, proper heating/cooling equipment, and correct place settings. • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant servers, and other staff to ensure seamless food service through clear communication and teamwork. • Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests professionally, providing courteous in-room setup, and promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests. • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all food service areas, room service staging areas, and kitchen lines while strictly following safety protocols. • Inventory & Maintenance: Assist in restocking service stations, room service supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
