Qualifications Minimum requirements: • Current State licensure as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathology. • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience. • Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date or within 90 days of employment Preferred qualifications that will make you successful: • Leadership experience Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
