You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and sustaining citizen development tools that enhance business processes across PFNA TPM Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy citizen development solutions using , Power BI or Python and other relevant technologies. • Ability to build Automation solutions and transform data • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. • Integrate solutions with existing systems and APIs to ensure seamless operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure sustainability and scalability of deployed solutions through documentation and support. • Monitor and optimize operational workflows for efficiency and accuracy. • Maintain high attention to detail and apply logical thinking to solve complex problems Qualifications • 5–7 years of professional experience in Operations, automation, programming, and operations management. • Working knowledge in advanced excel • Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning • Knowledge in programming or power BI is a plus • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies • Good to have Experience in any database
