Job Details: Job Location: 4 NY Office - New York City, NY, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $80000.00 - $80000.00Salary, About the role: The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective regions.  The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the organization's evolving needs and ensure the best talent for each position. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, your responsibilities will be: •    Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization •    Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for staffing initiatives and to ensure candidates are assessed on the proper criteria •    Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems •    Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent •    Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions •    Perform other related duties as required Qualifications: As a candidate you must have: •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience •    Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience •    Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software •    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro •    Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service •    Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required •    Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed We offer: •    $80,000.00 •    Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k •    Paid Time Off, including Sick/Safe Time •    A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth   Investigations/Security Agency #11000147227 Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
