Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $120,000/year **Must have 2-3 years prior dealership service experience** Job Description • Coordinate service appointments and welcome customers professionally. • Develop accurate repair estimates and establish realistic completion timelines. • Communicate repair progress, cost changes, and service recommendations. • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services. • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals. • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
