As a Project Manager, you will: • Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and teams, ensuring seamless communication. • Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking. • Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating. • Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and problem-solve to keep projects on track. • Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff. • Represent Granger's values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.
