The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing stock. Duties and Responsibilities • Receive, place and load incoming/outgoing stock which requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50lbs unassisted (maximum), 51+lbs assisted on an intermittent basis for up to twelve hours per day • Verify receiving/shipping documents and accurate product counts • Operate packaging and material movement equipment • Additional duties as assigned by managerReceive, place and load incoming/outgoing stock which requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50lbs unassisted (maximum), 51+lbs assisted on an intermittent basis for up to twelve hours per day • Verify receiving/shipping documents and accurate product counts • Operate packaging and material movement equipment • Assist in loading and unloading trucks and ensuring correct items are shipped. • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work with different technologies such as RF scanners, barcodes, and WMS. • Must be able to function in a flexible workforce environment based on operational needs • Supports all safety initiatives • Must meet performance standards as determined by manager • Additional duties as assigned by manager Scope • Staff supervision and development: No • Decision making • Travel: Up to 5% • Flex Designation: DC Based The anticipated rate for this position is $23.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
