Consultant - AI Engineer - Infosys Consulting Infosys Consulting's Enterprise AI Practice is seeking a Consultant to build the next generation AI Solutions for clients. Position Overview: As a Consultant who can envision & design business solutions with AI. You will Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for a program track at client Responsibilities and skills needed: • LLM solutions : Design, build and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI and similar models. • Agentic workflows: Create multi-step agents using LangChain, Google ADK and related frameworks • Retrieval & knowledge: Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs and graph-based retrieva • Focused AI : Apply specific prompt engineering approaches to create relevant responses • AI engineering: Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices and Python AI/ML solutions. • AI Provenance: Design & build eval methods to ensure integrity of outcomes Client and Stakeholder Engagement: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. • Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to client executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Act as a person running the project activities, work with stakeholders through IT transformation processes. Team Collaboration and Development: • Collaborate with project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of milestones. • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3+ years in in backend or AI application development. • Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams. • Ability to travel up to 75%. • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
