Salary Range: $149,000.00 - $223,400.00 Purpose Statement: This position will provide overall direction for Supply Chain (Strategic Supply Management by collaborating with global and regional teams to develop and share best practices, ensuring alignment of core material processes across all regional sites, validated through operational assessments. Key Job Accountabilities: * Develop, lead, and implement supply chain strategies in alignment with organizational objectives such as inventory, pricing, and risk mitigation. * Lead supply chain forecasting and reporting efforts, collaborating with Regional Material Leaders to ensure proper implementation and feedback. * Develop Supply Chain tools, processes, and training to be used as standards within the organization, while ensuring excellent customer service and understanding of market conditions and customer contracts. * Partner with the market sector team to develop strategies for revenue growth and execute cost reduction strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop strong supply chain sector teams, hold staff accountable for results, grow talent, and lead strategic cost reduction initiatives for the region. * Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
