As the Cook, you will prepare and serve meals to patients and families with care and attention to dietary needs, ensuring food is available 24/7. You maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment, operate equipment properly, and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. You will also support patient care by coordinating with staff, attending to special events, and keeping open communication with the care team. Primary Responsibilities: • Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate special events or requests as assigned • Maintain and operate a clean, safe, sanitary kitchen and dining room environment • Stock and organize food and snacks in designated areas • Communicate regularly with nursing staff and care teams to support patient dietary needs • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
