Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph to support a secure data center environment in the Annapolis, MD area. The Systems Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph role requires to work standard business hours in the SCIF Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate for the Systems Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph will have strong experience in Linux and Windows systems engineering and network administration, supporting large enterprise environments. Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph include: • Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage network activity for large enterprise customer data networks • Collaborate with engineering teams to support customer project requests • Provide high-level technical expertise for LAN and WAN environments • Recommend improvements to network and systems performance, efficiency, and security Requirements for the Systems Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph include: • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph • 3+ years of systems and network administration/engineering experience • Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Knowledge of key networking technologies and protocols including EIGRP, BGP, SD-WAN, and MPLS • Experience with WAN, LAN, firewalls, and Cisco router/switch configuration • Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments • Previous experience with VMware, including building and deploying virtual machines Compensation for the Systems Engineer – TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph: • $125,000 – $180,000 annually • Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave as required by law • This job opens for applications on October 22, 2026.
