What You Will Do: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll also: • Provide professional nursing care on 4NW and potentially other clinical areas as required by staffing needs. • Supervise and direct delegated nursing tasks in alignment with educational preparation and abilities. • Apply critical thinking skills to respond to patient needs and clinical situations with expertise and empathy. What You Will Need: • Education: • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. • Licenses & Certifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon hire). • NIHSS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
