Job Description – Salesforce Admin / Marketing Cloud Consultant Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to support ongoing platform enhancements, marketing automation initiatives, and data quality improvements. This role will support both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, with a stronger focus on Marketing Cloud configuration and data integration between platforms. This is a hands-on role supporting marketing operations, platform administration, and data initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide Salesforce Administration support including page layouts, flows, fields, and general platform configuration Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including data extensions, automations, and customer journeys Help improve integration and data flow between Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud Assist with ongoing data cleanup and data quality initiatives (duplicate management, data structure improvements) Support marketing automation processes and email campaign execution Help transition marketing processes from Pardot to Marketing Cloud for customer communications Work with stakeholders to support custom marketing and sales processes Assist with data model improvements and preparation for future Data Cloud evaluation Required Skills Salesforce Administration experience (flows, page layouts, fields, validation rules, data management) Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (journeys, automations, data extensions) Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud Experience supporting marketing automation and email campaigns Strong data management and data cleanup experience Ability to support custom business processes Nice to Have Pardot (Account Engagement) experience Experience with Data Cloud or large data initiatives Experience with duplicate management and data governance Basic SQL or data segmentation experience within Marketing Cloud Project Context Pardot currently used for top-of-funnel marketing Marketing Cloud used for customer marketing and engagement Salesforce and Marketing Cloud integration needs improvement Data cleanup initiative in progress (approximately 26% duplicate data) Clean data will be migrated into Marketing Cloud around June/July Data Cloud evaluation planned within the next year Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who: Is a strong Salesforce Admin but also understands Marketing Cloud Has experience supporting marketing teams and marketing automation Is comfortable working with data and improving data quality Can support both technical configuration and business process improvements Engagement Type Part-time / Contract Ongoing support role
