Overview We are seeking a strong MES Functional Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter / Camstar to support a global manufacturing rollout. This role will act as a client-side design authority, ensuring MES solutions are aligned with business needs and reducing dependency on system integrators. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution design and architecture for Siemens Opcenter MES implementations • Conduct fit-gap analysis across manufacturing sites and define scalable, standardized solutions • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs • Own end-to-end solution design (process flows, data models, workflows) • Work closely with SI partners and challenge design decisions to ensure alignment with company standards • Engage directly with manufacturing sites to understand local processes and legacy constraints • Support global MES rollout across multiple manufacturing sites • Ensure compliance with GxP and validation requirements • Drive alignment across manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders • Provide guidance to internal teams and support knowledge transfer Must-Have Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter / Camstar (mandatory) • Proven experience as an MES Functional Solution Architect • Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing rollouts • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (ISA-95 preferred) • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP) • Ability to work on-site (5 days/week) • Experience working with and guiding system integrators (SI partners) Nice to Have • Experience with integrations (ERP, PLM, SCADA) • Familiarity with ITIL processes (ServiceNow, Jira) • Exposure to IIoT / Industry 4.0 environments • Basic technical understanding (SQL, data flows, integrations) Profile • Strong communicator with ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a complex, global manufacturing environment • Able to take ownership and drive decisions • Capable of balancing standardization vs site-specific needs
