Senior Salesforce Developer (Contract to hire) – 3-6+ Month Contract to Hire Location: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday–Thursday in NYC (Wall Street) Eligibility: Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Overview We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer on a contract basis to support the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring strong development expertise, the ability to work through ambiguity, and collaboration with product and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable building scalable solutions, contributing to technical design, and working closely with distributed teams to drive high-quality delivery. Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across the platform (Apex, LWC, integrations) ● Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions ● Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approach ● Collaborate with offshore and distributed development teams ● Contribute to code quality, technical standards, and best practices ● Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments ● Remain hands-on in development while contributing to overall solution design What Success Looks Like ● High-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions delivered on time ● Clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices ● Strong collaboration across product, business, and engineering teams ● Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment ● Consistent contribution to improving development processes and standards Required Experience ● 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience ● Strong hands-on experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) ● Experience working in complex Salesforce environments ● Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions ● Experience working with Agile development methodologies ● Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have ● Experience working with offshore or distributed teams ● Exposure to Salesforce architecture or solution design ● Consulting experience ● Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments ● Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)
